The role will be responsible for developing and converts sales opportunities into sales of computer hardware, software and ICT services. The daily duties and responsibilities include: Quotes and negotiates prices and credit terms, and completes contracts and records orders Arranges delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services Reports to sales management on sales made and the marketability of ICT goods and services Follows up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranges modifications and resolves any problems arising Prepares sales reports and maintains and submits records of business expenses incurred. Education – Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute. Experience & Skills At least 2 years of relevant experience. Skills and knowledge in business IT infrastructure, hardware and software Strong interpersonal skills and provide good customer service skills Have a proven problem-solving skill and a can-do attitude. Computer and database management Good communication (verbal and written(skills) Influencing/selling skills. Salary - Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
