The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring successful placements. This role is critical to driving business growth while delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, workforce requirements, and long-term staffing goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored recruitment solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. Candidate Sourcing Identify, attract, and shortlist suitable candidates using various sourcing methods, including online job boards, databases, referrals, and social media platforms. Build and maintain a robust candidate talent pool across multiple industries. Interviewing Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and suitability for open roles. Match candidates with roles that align with their career aspirations and skills while meeting client requirements. Negotiation Facilitate and manage salary, employment terms, and contract negotiations between clients and candidates. Ensure that all agreements are in compliance with relevant employment laws and industry standards. Market Research Stay updated on industry trends, labour market movements, and competitive hiring practices. Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market intelligence and data-driven research. Key Selection Criteria To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria: 1. Qualifications and Experience A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, labour hire, or a related industry. 2. Skills and Competencies Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to source, assess, and recruit high-quality candidates. Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. Sound understanding of recruitment practices, industry trends, and the labour market. Proficiency in both English & French is ideal. 3. Technical Skills Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Familiarity with online job boards, databases, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing. 4. Legal Compliance Knowledge Understanding of Australian employment laws, including Fair Work requirements and labour hire regulations. Remuneration: Between 90-100K base depending on level of skills and experience
