Your new role As the P&C Advisor, Employment Relations, you’ll play a key role in supporting resolution o f IR/ER matters including performance counsellin g and grievance s in addition to managing complex w orkplace investigations under guidance from the P&C Business Partner. Your day-to-day Supporting P&C Business Partner on ER matters, including formal and informal performance counselling, investigation, employee engagement etc. Lead complex workplace investigations and performance counselling processes Support the negotiation and implementation process of the Nurses ’ EBA negotiations Support the development, review and implementation of policies, procedures, guidelines and templates We're looking for someone with Q ualifications in H R, Industrial Relations / Employment Law or equivalent experience. Excellent attention to detail and s trong judgement / analysis skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly written reports and policy/procedure writing. Sound expertise to implement IR/ER processes in a values led organisation Demonstrated understanding of Health and/or Aged Care sector would be h ighly regarded . Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply ) You can look forward to A full-time fixed-term role un til 30 June 2026 , with flexible working arrangements available (including working from home days). $5 2.54 - $5 4.92 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).
