About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin Manager to oversee our administrative and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of business administration, team leadership, and office coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including team coordination, workflows, and resource planning Lead internal processes for staff rostering, training support, performance tracking, and basic payroll processing Oversee the company’s records, document control, and supplier communications Ensure smooth functioning of all office systems and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment Coordinate compliance with WHS standards and internal company policies Provide operational support to directors and liaise with contractors, clients, and external consultants Contribute to reviewing internal procedures and service standards to improve business operations What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years' experience in office or operations management Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities Sound knowledge of office systems, records management, and Microsoft Office Suite Experience working in a trade, HVAC, or construction environment preferred Qualification in Business Administration or a related field highly regarded What We Offer: Competitive salary in line with experience Work with a collaborative and supportive team Opportunity to help shape internal systems and contribute to company growth On-site parking and modern office environment
