They are currently seeking a part time Accounts Payable Officer (3 days per week 6 hours per day) to join their small team in the northern suburbs. The Position Reporting to the Senior Bookkeeper your duties and responsibilities are as follows: Duties and Responsibilities Accurate and timely payments made Maintenance of the Payments section of the Daily cashflow spreadsheet Ensure Supplier Credit Applications are completed Research and resolve invoice discrepancies Answering incoming telephone calls Monitoring of emails Assist with month end closing Communicate with suppliers via phone, email or personally The Person Basic to Intermediate Excel skills Excellent communication skills – ability to interact with personnel at all levels Accountable, responsible, takes ownership Adaptable to change
