The Opportunity Diverse opportunity from keeping critical machinery online to installing new technology and working closely with clients in regards to reactive and preventative maintenance. Key Responsibilities Carry out preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault-finding on high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment Deliver rapid response to breakdowns to minimise downtime and support production targets Install, commission, and service electrical systems, sensors, conveyors, and VSDs Conduct safety risk assessments, complete detailed reports, and drive continuous improvement in safe work practices Collaborate with site leadership to identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency gains About You Current A Grade Electrical Licence (mandatory) Strong background in industrial/manufacturing environments — experience in FMCG, Pharma, Packaging, or Energy highly regarded Proven expertise with high-speed packaging lines, conveyors, automation systems, sensors, and VSDs Hands-on problem solver with strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Clear communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships across operations and engineering teams What’s on Offer $121,000 – $132,000 incl. super penalties Fully maintained company vehicle (fuel & servicing covered) Additional call-out & penalty rates on top of base salary Rostered Days Off (RDOs) to support work-life balance Career stability with a long-established and growing industrial leader Why Join?
