The Role This is a key leadership role that leads the data and analytics stream of our clients SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation. It is responsible for building a strong data foundation, delivering reliable reporting, and shaping an AI/GenAI strategy to support future growth. The role drives cross-functional initiatives to enable data-driven decisions, ensure high-quality data migration, and implement advanced analytics aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the data and analytics strategy to support a large-scale ERP transformation; Establish data governance frameworks, ownership models, and standards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accountability; Oversee selection and implementation of tools and platforms for master data management, reporting, and analytics; Define and maintain data architecture to support ERP, reporting, and AI capabilities; Lead the planning and execution of data migration, ensuring quality and integrity across phased deployments; Drive the design and delivery of enterprise reporting and insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the business; Shape the roadmap for incorporating AI and GenAI into business processes responsibly and effectively; and Manage delivery of all data & analytics workstreams, coordinating with internal teams and partners to achieve program milestones. About You Extensive experience in data analytics, enterprise reporting, and large-scale SAP ERP transformations; Strong expertise in data migration, governance, and reporting within ERP environments; Knowledge of master data management and governance practices, with exposure to relevant tools; Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML and their application in business; Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence, engage stakeholders, and drive change; Strategic yet pragmatic, with a track record of delivering outcomes in complex, fast-paced programs; and Collaborative and resilient, with excellent communication skills and a focus on data quality and integrity.
