What You’ll Be Doing Refurbishing mechanically sealed pumps (your bread and butter!) Stripping and refurbing valves like a pro Tackling pump station maintenance – planned, unplanned & breakdowns Diagnosing, inspecting, and problem-solving on the fly Creating SWMS & working with permits to keep safety top-notch Managing flanges (because someone’s gotta do it right!) Working safely in chemical environments with strict WH&S standards Who You Are A Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter Experienced in pump stations & breakdown repairs Confident working solo or as part of a big team Comfortable working at heights & in confined spaces Forklift / EWP tickets = bonus points All about safety, quality, and getting the job done right Motivated, hardworking, and proud of your craft What’s In It For You? $55ph penalties super Permanent full-time role with stability 6am starts, 8–10 hour days (overtime on offer if you want it!)
