The position is based in Brisbane, and the successful candidate will have the option to work from home for up to two day pers week under an approved Flexible Work Arrangement that suits the team. Please refer to Role Description for the Key Outcomes and Accountabilities of this role Candidate Attributes Demonstrated ability to conduct litigation including appearing as an advocate in tribunals or courts and ability to apply contemporary legal principles and practices as they relate to litigation proceedings. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively including the ability to apply negotiation and mediation skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and achieve performance measures. Demonstrated their experience in being customer and solutions focused including an ability to deliver high quality legal services in a professional way. Mandatory Requirements Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. Holder of a current practicing certificate issued by the Queensland Law Society. Fully compliant with all CPD requirements of the Queensland Law Society.
