About the Role This role will provide leadership and strategic thinking across the teams work programme to improve the quality of data holdings and ensure the delivery of excellent services. As the Principal Infrastructure Services Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide leadership to support team operations in undertaking data collection, storage, analysis and customised reporting of infrastructure information, including related systems, projects and programs of work. Empower and mentor team members, fostering an inclusive team environment and technical excellence. Lead the development of strategic advice to the division executive, senior management and departmental stakeholders across a range of infrastructure and asset management issues. Drive continual improvement for documentation, procedures and processes to align with best practice standards and be a champion for high-quality data. Deliver high-quality integrated service to stakeholders. About You The ideal applicant will possess the following knowledge, skills, experience and personal attributes: Strong interpersonal communication skills to establish and maintain productive relationships with team members and key stakeholders. Effective management of competing priorities within tight timeframes while keeping line supervisors informed of progress and issues. Continual identification/implementation of business improvements resulting in quantifiable benefits. Excellent data literacy and high attention to detail. Experience with end-to-end data management, with infrastructure data being desirable. Experience with MS Office, ServiceNow, SAP and/or SQL Servers would be highly desirable.
