Astley's Plumbing and Hardware are currently looking for a Plaster Deliver Driver to join our team. The Plaster Delivery Driver will support the sales teams by upholding quality service of delivering orders to customers and tradespeople, loading and restocking the warehouse and maintaining a tidy workplace in the yard. Responsibilities Load & unload of trucks Restocking in the warehouse Delivery service to trades people and customers Maintain a safe work environment Dealing with a diverse group of the public & trades people including residential, commercial, and industrial Provide excellent customer service Find solutions for customers where possible and escalate any issues Following company policies & procedures Knowledge, experience and attributes sought Ability to negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections Sound understanding of the materials and building industry Previous experience in similar role Ability to build rapport with customers Be able to communicate delays in delivery of products and orders Current drivers’ licence Forklift licence or willingness to obtain Benefits and Perks : An opportunity to make an impact with a growing and forward-thinking ASX company.
