Role As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of the clinic. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role that will see you: Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses Skills / Qualifications A Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing Experience in team management - either as a head nurse or practice manager!
