The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Professional Learning should have: Deep expertise in professional learning theory and practice. Relevant tertiary qualifications in education or a related field. Proven experience in strategic program design and delivery. Outstanding facilitation and coaching skills. Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership capabilities. A collaborative mindset and commitment to innovation and equity.
