Clements Medical Group operates a number of practices across North Queensland, and we currently have a full-time GP vacancy at our Charters Towers practice. You will be joining a well-staffed and supportive clinic with a team of experienced doctors, nurses, and administration staff who are passionate about providing high-quality care to the local community.The role offers flexibility and can be shaped around your interests and lifestyle. Whether you’re looking for a 5-day-a-week GP role, or a mix of general practice, remote consults, supervision, teaching, or rural generalist work alongside Queensland Health, we are happy to support you. Life in Charters Towers also brings the benefits of a friendly regional community, a rich local history, and access to nearby Townsville.We are happy to support your work in either employee models with base salary plus top ups based on your billing habits, or a tenant-doctor model. Wide clinical interests are encouraged and we do request you share our ethos of teaching, education and support for all of our clinicians who contribute to patient care. We have all the ‘usual’ things you would expect for a good teaching practice including Best Practice software, Nursing support, chronic disease management programs, remote access to our software from your ipad or home computer, infrastructure to support your use of AI in the consultations and of course clinical autonomy and job satisfaction.Pay and conditions are generous, particularly when you include all the remote incentives that are available for MMM4 locations. Experienced GPs can expect to be offered a salary starting at $300,000 plus superannuation from us, or a tenant-doctor model service fee of 35% with initial guarantee of $200 per hour.
