The Opportunity Conducting thorough and up-to-date assessments for all clients in the facility, developing comprehensive service plans that address their needs, manage associated risks, and align with their service budget while promoting overall health and well-being. Advocating on behalf of clients and residents, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care. Overseeing the quality and effectiveness of care planning strategies to enhance residents' quality of life and independence while ensuring risk management and duty of care obligations are met. Ensuring all assessments and documentation comply with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Providing guidance, supervision, and support to Registered Nurses, ENs, and care staff. Driving quality and accreditation compliance across the home. Building strong relationships with residents, families, and the broader healthcare community. Managing staffing, rosters, and clinical resources effectively. Supported by 1 Clinical Nurse, 1 Care Planner and governance team What Do You Need? Be able to work in Maryborough, QLD or willing to relocate Current AHPRA registration 3 years Aged Care experience as an RN Aged Care Management experience (highly desirable) Exemplary communication, presentation and collaboration skills Extensive knowledge of ANACC and aged care accreditation standards Ability to lead and develop a team Solid financial management with a track record in delivering operational strategies.
