We’re looking for a Claims Manager to join the team on a 12-month parental leave cover . In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing claims end-to-end, reducing risk exposure, and supporting our centres and teams to deliver best practice in incident and claims management. Key Responsibilities Use your operational and management experience to partner with each shopping centre on the management and settlement of third-party liability claims, including setting strategies, liaising with key parties, and sharing lessons learned. Work with the wider business to review third-party liability incidents and claims, identify trends, and provide insights, analytics, and recommendations through the creation and delivery of a Claims Mitigation Strategic Plan. Ensure operational teams have the training and guidance to deliver best practice incident and claims management processes, reducing both incident frequency and claim costs. Support the Risk Management team in identifying and delivering new initiatives. What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and attention to detail. A collaborative approach and ability to work well with others. Operational experience in a shopping centre environment. Understanding of insurance processes, from procurement through to claims settlement. Why Apply?
