Create and maintain Student Snapshots profiles for those with Specific Learning Difficulties Develop and review IEPs for Tier 3 case management students each semester and aid teachers in effectively implementing Individual Education Programs for Tier 3 case management students. Oversee the Practices and Processes for supporting students with disability through the completion of the NCCD (Nationally Consistent Collection of Data) on School Students with Disability Support teachers to capture evidence to support the application of NCCD model around determining level of adjustment and category of disability Collate and confirm NCCD data; report status to Primary Leadership.
