The Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented House Operations Supervisor to lead our house operations team and support the delivery of seamless, high-quality service across the Club’s facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who takes pride in leadership, team development, and operational excellence. This is a full time position requiring a flexible roster. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the housekeeping and stores operations, ensuring alignment with the Club’s high standards of service and presentation. Collaborate closely with the Events and Food & Beverage teams to support member functions and events. Plan, manage, and coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities for all rooms, offices, and public areas. Recruit, train, and develop staff, including cross-training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution. Monitor and maintain all housekeeping equipment and arrange for timely repairs or replacements. F oster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment by mentoring and coaching team members. Maintain operational manuals and implement consistent procedures and training programs. Complete weekly payroll and timecard approvals and identify anomalies. Assist the Reception team by organising and managing bookings for accommodation and dining, managing the Reception mailbox, coordinating mini bar offerings and reviewing sales. Liaise with Property Services and other departments to ensure cohesive operations and a safe, well-maintained work environment. Enforce Club rules and standards such as dress code and use of technology. Drive the Club’s WHS policies and maintain high safety standards across all housekeeping practices. Essential Requirements Demonstrated experience leading a housekeeping or facility operations team, ideally within hospitality or Club environments. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively. Proficient in MS Office and operational systems such as POS and Respak. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A genuine passion for hospitality and the member experience.
