Description What you’ll Do We are currently seeking Warehouse Team Members to work in our cold store environments. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of chilled goods, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment. Roster: Monday – Friday across either the day shift or the afternoon shift. Key Responsibilities: Picking, packing, and staging chilled products for dispatch Operating manual handling equipment and pallet jacks Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse Adhering to cold chain compliance and temperature control protocols Supporting inventory control and stock rotation Forklift operation (if licensed) What Experience and Education You Need Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred) Comfortable working in a chiller/cold storage setting A current forklift license (highly desirable) Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Reliable, punctual, and physically fit Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
