Description About the position As the Workplace Trainer & Assessor, you'll conduct both on the job and off the job competency assessments ensuring trainees have full understanding of how to perform their necessary tasks. You will design and deliver effective training and assessment solutions that cater to individual learning styles. Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with managers/leaders to identity emerging training needs Perform training needs analysis to identify critical training gaps Ensure Safe Work Instructions are up to date and any changes are trained with impacted individuals Support new starter inductions with GMP, site mandatory process and site walk/introductions Manage relationships with departments ensuring accurate archiving of training documents Skills And Experiences About You To be successful, you'll bring: Cert IV in Training and Assessment would be highly desirable Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) in a manufacturing or production environment. Understanding of learning management systems, e-learning platforms and record keeping applications Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills Experience with office management tools (MS Office software) Why join Bindaree?
