Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (CPEng desirable). 10 years’ experience in civil engineering for water or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of pipeline design, earthworks, and treatment facility layouts. Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams and delivering complex projects.
