About the Role We’re looking for a competent and experienced Civil Construction Estimator to manage the full tender process for projects up to $2 million . Key Responsibilities: Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications Prepare detailed pricing schedules for tender submissions Manage minor earthworks and FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement & Pouring) scopes within estimates Develop construction schedules in MS Projects Draft and submit tender qualifications Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure scope and pricing accuracy About You 2–5 years’ experience in civil construction estimating Demonstrated ability to manage the full tender lifecycle Experience in minor earthworks and FRP methodologies Proficiency in MS Projects and estimating tools/software Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and communication skills Salary & Benefits $90,000 – $130,000 AUD , depending on experience Flexible work-from-home arrangements Opportunities for professional growth within a successful, expanding company Why Join RS Conform?
