ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established civil contractor in Auckland. This company delivers civil works that support large commercial building developments. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects through their full lifecycle—from start-up through to closeout. Oversee budgets, claims, variations, and project financials to ensure strong commercial outcomes. Coordinate and support supervisors and foremen across multiple live jobs. Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered to high standards. Uphold safety, quality, and compliance across all stages of delivery. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in New Zealand civil construction. Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual frameworks, with proven ability in claims and variations. Excellent English and communication skills, confident and personable with clients. Hands-on leadership style with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to project documentation and financial reporting.
