This is an opportunity to represent their Country office situated in Western Sydney taking charge of parts and warehouse operations. About the role Reporting to the Customer Service Director and overseeing a team of 6 your duties will include but not limited to the following. Oversee the parts business to maximize operational and financial goals in line with the company’s objectives Promote and sell spare parts through direct and dealer routes to market Build strong end user relationships to facilitate Parts business to crane rental companies Work closely with sales for new opportunities regarding Parts sales, Recommended Part List (RPL) sales, and ensure that direct parts orders are fulfilled Overseeing the management of the warehouse operations, and ensuring accurate stock levels Partner and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Service Support the Customer Service Director with process improvement initiatives About you To be considered for this opportunity applicants will ideally have the following Proven track record in managing Parts and Warehouse Operations Service-oriented Individual with a strong sense of customer service People Management experience Proven skills in selling, negotiating and planning Previous experience in the earthmoving, Mining/Construction or Industrial sectors would be highly regarded Tertiary qualification in business, engineering or related discipline preferred but not essential How to apply: Please apply by submitting your resume (in Word format) via the "Apply Now" tab to be considered for the role.
