This is a key role responsible for financial reporting, cost calculation, ERP system setup , and supporting the company’s continued growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow) Manage product and operational costing calculations, ensuring accuracy in pricing and margin analysis. Lead financial system set up, configuration, and integration of ERP tools (Pronto). Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and statutory compliance. Ensure compliance with ATO and other regulatory authorities, including quarterly BAS lodgement. Manage internal controls, and financial risk. Maintain and manager the assets register and depreciation schedules. Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Provide financial analysis to support business decisions. What We're Looking For Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with mandatory CPA/CA qualification Minimum 3 years of experience in financial leadership roles. Strong knowledge of Australian tax, compliance, and corporate governance. Proven experience in payroll, administration, and team leadership. ERP system experience (Pronto preferred). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Must have permanent right to work in Australia.
