About Role: Identify, contact, and engage prospective clients, support coordinators, plan managers, community organisations, and referrers to generate new service leads. Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging needs in the disability sector. Build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders such as hospitals, GPs, allied health professionals referral agencies, multicultural centres, and NDIS service networks. Organise and attend community events, expos, and information sessions to promote Hawa Pure Care services and build brand awareness. Follow up all inbound and outbound leads, schedule consultations with Case Managers or Intake Officers, and track outcomes. Deliver presentations and promotional materials to various audiences, tailoring communication to suit cultural or community needs. Liaise internally with intake, rostering, and case management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and alignment of service plans. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, and lead conversions using CRM or tracking systems. Represent the company with professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all external engagements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Referral Development Proactively reach out to and build networks with potential referral sources. Identify NDIS participants suitable for our services. Build a strong referral database from GP clinics, hospitals, social workers, support coordinators, and cultural community leaders. Enter and manage all referral contacts and leads through HubSpot CRM, ensuring each is assigned to the appropriate stage of the pipeline. 2. Relationship Management Schedule regular contact with external stakeholders. Maintain communication and follow-up with all interested parties. Ensure all contacts are recorded, updated, and tracked. 3. Promotion and Outreach Organise community talks, promotional events, and public health education forums. Distribute marketing materials and promote digital awareness of services. Attend expos or local events to represent the company and generate leads. 4. Internal Coordination Communicate lead outcomes to internal teams for client onboarding. Provide feedback from the community to improve service offerings. Coordinate with marketing for ongoing promotional initiatives. 5. Reporting and Target Monitoring Track and report on performance against lead generation KPIs. Submit weekly activity reports and monthly summaries to management. Monitor and optimise conversion rates from lead to active client. 6. Support with General Company Promotion Assist with social media, newsletters, and other brand-building activities. Represent Hawa Pure Care at professional networking events. Qualifications: Knowledge or experience in business development, marketing, or community outreach, ideally in health, disability sectors. Understanding of NDIS or community care systems. Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Culturally sensitive with experience working in CALD or ATSI communities. Confident public speaker and communicator. Strong organisational skills and ability to follow up effectively. Familiar with CRM tools, Hubspot, Microsoft Outlook, and Office Suite. Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle. Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
