Property OfficerWe are looking for a passionate and skilled individual who has at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and a sound working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act. You will care deeply about making a meaningful impact on the lives of others and be able to demonstrate an understanding of how to work effectively with people facing challenges. In this role, no two days will be the same so you will be organized, adaptable, and proactive as you manage competing priorities. You’ll bring excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a knack for compliance to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders. You will be tech-savvy and have a commitment to continuous business improvement. A valid WA Driver’s Licence and a clear National Police Check are essential.
