What can you expect during the Greencross Extended Graduate Program? 2-Year Structured Graduate Program This permanent, full-time role offers a unique two-year journey across both GP and ECC: Year 1: Greencross New Graduate Program Build your confidence and clinical skills through structured modules, hands-on experience, and mentorship in a supportive General Practice setting.Year 2: Emergency Graduate Program Transition into Emergency Medicine with a tailored program that includes:64 hours clinical 12 hours paid study per fortnightCompletion of advanced modules via our world class internal CE offeringsone-on-one mentoring per fortnight with an experienced Emergency VeterinarianAccess to Greencross education including Wet Pracs, workshops, and clinical symposiums Join a Cohort of Peers You’ll be part of a national graduate cohort, creating a strong support network of peers to share your journey, challenges, and wins.
