About the role: Preparing and cooking a variety of seafood dishes, including fish and chips, and working in a fast-paced environment. Relevant skills include experience with fish and seafood preparation, strong cooking abilities, and the ability to work as part of a team. 38 hours per week Café hours 7am to 2.30pm Consistent menu with room for creativity on specials Small, supportive team and a positive work environment What we are looking for: Understanding kitchen flow, prep, and safe food handling Confidence running a solo kitchen shift (or keen to learn) Daily specials to utilise fresh product Reliable, clean, and calm under pressure A genuine love of food and pride in what hits the plate Collaborating with front-of-house staff to keep service smooth and efficient
