This is a full time role working 38 hours per week. Key Duties: Staff and Performance Management: Oversee and direct the work of retail sales personnel. Manage recruitment processes, conduct staff training, and assess employee performance. Administer staff promotions, terminations, and address workplace grievances. Customer Relations: Guarantee timely service delivery and high product quality for customers. Handle customer queries and resolve any issues or complaints. Guide staff in effectively managing difficult customer situations. Store Operations: Organise employee rosters and allocate daily responsibilities. Monitor stock levels, process new orders, and manage returned merchandise. Ensure products are correctly priced and attractively displayed. Implement and uphold store safety and security standards. Applicants must have at minimum a relevant AQF Certificate II or III (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) plus minimum one year full time (or casual / part time equivalent) post qualification experience required. At least one year of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
