About the Role Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will: Lead, coach and mentor a team to deliver strong results Drive a strong safety-first culture across the shift. Manage daily workflow to achieve KPIs and on-time delivery Support operational excellence and process improvements. Engage and motivate a culturally diverse workforce Support operational excellence and process improvements Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure best practices This is a full-time role on the AM shift (6:00am – 2:30pm) at our Forrestfield site About you We’re seeking a motivated leader who brings: Experience as a Team Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in warehousing, logistics or supply chain. Proven safety leadership with examples of risk management and WHS compliance. Experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced DC environment. WMS operating knowledge (Infios preferred but not required) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated understanding of hazard identification, incident management and investigation.
