ABOUT THE ROLE Apex Radiology is seeking an experienced full-time RISPACs Supervisor to be responsible for the oversight and support of our RIS/PACS administration team. Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Supervising the RISPAC team, including training, coaching, and performance support. Managing workload allocation, workflows, and escalation of RIS/PACS issues. Maintaining operational accuracy through patient data validation, reporting, and imaging workflow support. Ensuring timely dispatch of reports and compliance with quality standards. Contributing to continuous improvement projects and system efficiency. Acting as the first point of escalation for RIS/PACS staff queries. Working with our Business Development team to provide excellent service for our Referrers. ABOUT YOU Proven experience working with RIS/PACS systems (essential). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to balance operational responsibilities with staff supervision. Continuous improvement mindset and team-first attitude.
