You can learn more about us at www.uniquelaser.com.au About the Opportunity We're looking for two enthusiastic, reliable, and hands-on people to join our Smart Steel business at Malaga as Factory Hands . This is an entry-level, casual role perfect for those starting their working journey, as full training will be provided from day one. What You'll Do: Read and interpret wall frame, truss frame, and floor joist drawings. Safely use workshop hand tools and equipment. Work at a steady pace to meet production targets. Operate cutting saws and hydraulic cutoff shears (full training provided). Assist with packing and preparing products for transport. Use a strap packing machine and maintain responsibility for issued tools. Occasionally work on the roll form machine. Keep your workspace clean and safe. What We're Looking For: A reliable, positive work ethic. High attention to detail and pride in your work. Physically fit and ready for hands-on tasks. Good hand/eye coordination. Safety-conscious and able to work in a busy team environment. Willingness to learn and take direction. A forklift licence is a bonus, but it is not essential. What's in It for You?
