The Role We're seeking motivated Farm Irrigation Workers to join a busy horticultural operation in Boundary Bend. This is a practical, hands-on role within the agriculture industry, where you'll be part of a supportive team contributing to the ongoing success of the farm. The work involves both field-based and workshop tasks, requiring good problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities As a Farm Irrigation Worker, you will support the farm team with the maintenance and operation of irrigation systems and related tasks, including: Conducting a range of irrigation duties across the farm as directed Carrying out small repairs on equipment, documenting maintenance, and keeping the workshop clean Repairing leaks and damaged dripper lines in the field Assisting with removal and reattachment of Phytech sensors before and after harvest activities Operating a mule for farm duties as required Mixing fertiliser safely and accurately Performing other tasks as instructed by your supervisor Benefits Competitive pay of $32.03 per hour with penalty rates 38 hours per week with potential for extra hours Potential for ongoing work for the right candidates Varied tasks offering skill development and hands-on experience Your Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you'll need: Previous experience working in an agricultural environment with irrigation systems ChemCert and machinery operation experience (highly regarded) Strong physical fitness to handle farm-based duties A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to follow direction Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award-winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
