The Role We're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse and yard operations in Dalby, QLD. This role plays a vital part in the cotton ginning industry, working within a fast-paced and safety-focused environment. You'll be part of a supportive team where flexibility and reliability are highly valued. Key Responsibilities As a Forklift Operator, your main focus is safely and efficiently moving bales within the warehouse and yard. You'll also support broader site operations as required. Key tasks include: Operating a forklift with bale grabs to load and unload trucks Moving cotton bales safely around the yard and warehouse Assisting with ginning operations when required Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times Working flexibly across different areas of the operation as needed Benefits $33.91 per hour with penalty rates Until end of September (approx.) 38 hours per week Variety in daily tasks, with opportunities to support multiple parts of the operation Be part of a valued team within the agricultural supply chain Your Skills & Experience To be successful, you'll be a competent and confident forklift operator who can adapt easily to different tasks across the site.
