About the Role We’re growing—and we’re on the lookout for a reliable, positive and detail-focused Production/Warehouse Operator to join our team. You’ll play a key role in production support along with packing, storing, and dispatching products to clients across Australia. This is a hands-on, physical role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in doing the job right. What You’ll Be Doing Assisting production with break out of laser cut components Picking, packing, and dispatching goods to local & interstate clients Checking items for accuracy before shipment Receiving and storing incoming goods Forklift operation (loading/unloading vehicles) Maintaining a clean, organised and safe dispatch area Disposing of packaging waste correctly Working with a great team that values quality and reliability What We’re Looking For Valid forklift licence ( essential ) Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal processing environment (preferred) Great attention to detail and a commitment to doing things properly Physically fit and safety-conscious Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude What’s In It for You?
