We are proudly independently owned and family run with over 40 years experience in Early Childhood Education and Care. Our team holds a wealth of knowledge in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children are fostered to become happy individuals that can positively contribute to their community and the greater society. We are looking for a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our casual pool, providing coverage for lunch breaks and staff absences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys flexibility and variety, and who thrives on building relationships with both children and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Provide engaging, safe, and supportive learning experiences for children. Follow daily routines while being adaptable to the needs of each age group. Support and collaborate with permanent educators to ensure a smooth transition during covers. Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Uphold Mimosa Kids’ values of respect, inclusion, and quality care. What We’re Looking For Diploma or W/T Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. Current Working with Children Check. Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management training. Strong communication skills and a caring, professional manner. Availability to work across a range of days/times for lunch breaks and short-notice absences. Must have full working rights in Australia - no sponsorship available Why Join Us?
