About the Role: We’re seeking a results-driven Catering Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food service operations. Working closely with both the front-of-house and kitchen teams, you will ensure seamless delivery of high-quality dining experiences across our restaurant, functions, café, and takeaway coffee outlets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all catering operations across multiple outlets within the Club Responsible for ensuring the growth and profitability of all of the Club’s catering outlets Drive exceptional customer service and uphold high standards of food and presentation Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure menu excellence and consistency Along with the Restaurant & Functions Manager, oversee function planning and execution, including weddings, events, and corporate bookings Manage rostering, budgets, supplier relationships, and stock control Ensure compliance with food safety and WHS regulations Attending regular Senior Management Meetings, contributing to Club decisions to ensure the overall success and profitability of the Club Foster a positive team culture through effective leadership and staff development About You: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar management role within a high-volume hospitality venue (accommodation F&B hotel background highly desirable) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development Demonstrated experience in running events and functions of varying sizes A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work under pressure Outstanding communication, organisational, and time management abilities Understanding of hospitality financials including cost control, budgeting, and reporting Ability to grow food sales and profit contribution High level approach to customer service and professionalism Knowledge of required legislation.
