The Business CommTel Network Solutions is a leading international provider of advanced engineering solutions for mission and business critical networks. We are a technology integrator, specialising in the delivery of network solutions that ensure the reliable delivery of vital services such as water, gas, electricity, public transport and emergency services The Role Reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager, the Cost Controller will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial reporting for the projects. The Cost Controller's day-to-day responsibilities will include: Assist in the preparation and collation of project financial reports (weekly and monthly) including original budget, variations, revised budget, forecast cost to complete, forecast final cost, forecast final margin and close-out report. Preparing actual vs projected costs summary for the projects. Maintaining and updating project cost database for the projects. Provide required monitoring/reporting consistent with achieving contract deliverables within the agreed timeframes. Manage subcontractor and supplier purchases and invoices in line with contracts. Essential Requirements: 5 years experience in a Cost Controller role. Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query and Power Pivot. Experience with Primavera P6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail. Desirable Skills / Experience Exposure to the telecommunications infrastructure industry Qualification in Accounting or similar.
