About the Program headspace Early Psychosis is a nationally recognised leader in youth mental health, delivering evidence-based, recovery-focused care under the renowned Orygen EPPIC model. The program comprises three integrated teams: Mobile Assessment & Treatment Team (MATT) Continuing Care Team (CCT) Functional Recovery Team (FRT) As a Consultant Psychologist , you’ll shape treatment pathways, mentor clinicians, and be part of a large MDT with a wide variety of specialty. Key Responsibilities Provide supervision and guidance to clinicians delivering youth-friendly, evidence-based interventions Provide co-therapy in complex care cases when appropriate Facilitate team training and professional development Support clinical review processes, quality assurance and research activities Champion a recovery-focused, person-centred culture of hope and resilience Work as part of the leadership team and influence strategy and opportunities for improvement About You We’re looking for someone who brings clinical expertise and leadership, along with a passion for working with young people. Essential criteria: Registered Psychologist with AHPRA, Clinical Psychology endorsement strongly desired. Board-approved AHPRA Supervisor – eligible to provide clinical supervision Extensive experience in youth mental health and first-episode psychosis Proven ability to mentor, supervise, and develop clinical teams Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development Valid Australian Driver’s Licence Why Join Uniting?
