Role: Position : Joiner/Cabinetry Installer with leadership responsibilities (Leading Hand). Responsibilities : Factory and onsite work : Manufacturing and installing joinery and cabinetry. Supervisory duties : Leading a team and overseeing work both in the factory and onsite. Day and weekend availability : Required for site works. Ideal Candidate: Experience : Minimum of 5 years in joinery, cabinetry installation, and supermarket/commercial fitout. Knowledge of shopfitting and cabinetry in various environments. Skills : Ability to read plans, lead by example, and work efficiently. Must have a positive attitude, be reliable, and a team player. Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
