About the Role
As a Duty Manager, you’ll be a key driver of the guest experience across the venue. From running seamless restaurant service, overseeing vibrant bar and cocktail operations, to delivering big sporting moments and live entertainment, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
You’ll be hands-on, ensuring each area of the venue is running smoothly while leading and supporting the team to deliver excellence every shift.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a great, customer focused team to achieve weekly KPI targets for revenue and labour
Overseeing daily venue operations and leading the team on shift
Driving restaurant service standards and supporting a busy floor team
Championing cocktail dispense and creation – keeping drinks fast, fresh and on-brand
Delivering high-energy events including live sport and live music
Overseeing Function operations
Ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence
Connecting with guests and building a culture where amazing hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.
