About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Self-Managed Team Guide to support our NDIS Service Coaches and Self-Managed Teams. This role is all about making sure our clients receive the best service possible — and that our teams have the tools, guidance, and confidence to deliver it. You will: Support NDIS Service Coaches with client services coordination , including SIL (Supported Independent Living) operations. Mentor and guide Self-Managed Teams to make confident, independent decisions. Assist with client onboarding and support planning. Keep accurate and up-to-date client records in line with NDIS compliance standards. Coordinate with scheduling, admin, and recruitment teams to ensure clients have the right support workers at the right time. Identify and follow up on compliance needs, training gaps, and quality improvement opportunities. Liaise with families, carers, and external providers to ensure strong support networks for clients. What You’ll Bring 3 years’ experience in disability, aged care, or community services. Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, organisation, and mentoring skills. Confidence in Microsoft Office and client management systems. A passion for empowering both clients and colleagues. Required Compliance Items: National Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Working With Children Check NDIS Worker Orientation Modules Drivers License.
