With a strong focus on practical learning and industry relevance, we are passionate about building a future health and social services workforce Job Description We are seeking a qualified and experienced Health Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational education and training to students pursuing a career in health. Key responsibilities Deliver vocational education and training programs in allied health/health-related subjects at Certificates II & III level. Assess student learning and progress, providing feedback and support to ensure the successful completion of courses. Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them to achieve their career goals. Work with industry to ensure our students successfully transition into their chosen employment. Qualifications Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification. At least 3 years of experience in delivering vocational education and training in health-related subjects. Certificate IV qualified Allied Health Assistant with a minimum of three years of professional experience in allied health services OR a registered Allied Health Professional - Desirable Strong knowledge of industry standards and accreditation requirements.
