We’re seeking a proven Project Manager with recent Class 2 experience to lead the successful delivery of Riviera — a mixed-use development set to redefine luxury coastal living in Ramsgate. Riviera is an oceanfront development bringing together high-end residences, garden apartments, penthouses, and select retail offerings. Designed by leading architects, the project blends lifestyle convenience with resort-style sophistication. It’s more than just a residential building — it’s a vibrant micro-neighbourhood that embodies the best of Sydney’s coastal living. As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to delivery and handover. Working closely with a collaborative leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving commercial outcomes, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the quality of delivery aligns with the vision of Riviera.
