Our client, a well-respected property group in Adelaide, is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to join their close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone organised, professional, and motivated by providing excellent service. Prior property management experience is desirable, but candidates with strong admin, customer service, or other transferable skills and a genuine interest in property are encouraged to apply. Salary: $80,000–$85,000 Super Parking Work Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP What You’ll Bring: Experience in property management is desirable but not essential; transferable admin or client service experience with a passion for property will be considered. Confident, professional, and proactive when interacting with clients, tenants, and stakeholders. Exposure to lease agreements, contracts, or similar documentation is an advantage. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Competent in Microsoft Planner, MYOB, and Excel. Flexible to handle occasional low-volume emergency calls. Valid driver’s license and access to a car. Property Manager’s License OR willingness to obtain upon commencement. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for clients and tenants, providing clear advice and updates. Coordinate property inspections, marketing, and leasing activities. Support lease management, renewals, and rent reviews, with guidance from the team. Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and supplier coordination. Manage invoices, service contracts, and day-to-day office administration. Provide support on projects, meetings, and ad hoc tasks as required by management.
