About the role: We are looking for an experienced project sales agent who knows how to close deals and build lasting relationships. Reporting to the Director, you will drive sales across sought-after residential land estates and play a key role in shaping the success of multiple key projects. Manage and qualify leads to convert to appointments Establish relationships with builders to generate sales/packages Prepare sales advice and coordinate deposit payments Negotiate sales and nurture buyers through exchange and settlement Collate price and market feedback reports for the developer About the company: Our client is a specialist project marketing agency with a strong pipeline of stock across Southern Sydney and the South Coast.
