We are seeking a dynamic generalist Speech Pathologist to work across the lifespan in a locum role in Portland, Victoria. About the role: The position is a sole practitioner, rural generalist role with a mostly pre-school community outpatient clinic. You will be responsible for clinic triage, prioritisation, and diary management, with the support of an allied health assistant, to help deliver therapy plans and complete administrative tasks. The job encompasses four areas of practice: paediatric outpatients (approximately 80% of the caseload), adult outpatients, ward-based (covering acute and subacute wards), and an aged-care facility within PDH. Home visits may be required for some clients. The role covers a wide range of clinical areas including phonological delays, language delay, dysphagia assessment & management, voice disorder and acquired communication impairments.
