Roles & Responsibilities Include: Operate a variety of manual machine tools such as lathes, mills, drills, grinders, etc, to manufacture and modify parts to exacting specifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and work orders to determine the appropriate machining processes and techniques. Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required. Maintain records of all work completed. Adhere to strict quality control measures and safety protocols at all times. To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate: Proven experience as a manual machinist, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. Strong working knowledge of a variety of manual machining tools and techniques. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and work orders. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Driver’s license would be advisable.
