Take a leadership role in clinical practice, education, and research while helping to coordinate and manage high-quality mental health services. At Inala, our Community Care Team supports adults aged 18-65 living with long-term mental health challenges. We offer timely, evidence-based treatments focused on recovery, working closely with clients and their carers to share responsibility and foster hope throughout their journey. About you: Do you have a minimum 3 year's experience in Mental Health? You will be able to: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, deliver patient education, provide therapeutic interventions, and assist with discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team. Facilitate clinical education, training, and supervision for students. Provide clinical leadership across professional practice, education, and research, while supporting management activities and portfolio responsibilities.
